Fang Fashion will only work with business associates who comply with all applicable national state, and local laws and regulations. Fang Fashion’s Code of Conduct establishes that Suppliers must conduct business in accordance with Fang Fashion’s Social Compliance Program.

• In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 and under Fang Fashion’s Code of Conduct, Fang Fashion’s Suppliers certify that they conduct business without child labor, forced labor, discrimination, discipline, harassment or abuse, freedom of association and collective bargaining and in compliance with national laws and regulations applicable to working hours, overtime, wages, benefits, health and safety, environment and subcontracting.
